Terms and Conditions
- The rental and departure of the boat is carried out normally only when the intensity of the winds does not exceed the allowed limits and if the port authorities allow it. In case of unfavorable weather conditions that prohibit the departure on the day and time of the start of your lease, if you do not wish the rent to be postponed for another day, the deposit will be refunded.
- Renting a boat up to 30 hp does not require a driver's license.
- The tenant must be over 18 years old and the only one who will operate the boat.
- The renter must be informed by our staff about the handling of the boat and the general cruising regulations before departure.
- All safety and navigation rules must be observed in accordance with the regulations in force and contained in the lease agreement.
- Before leaving, the tenant must check that the equipment mentioned in the lease agreement is in excellent condition and thus must be delivered.
- We do not bear any responsibility for any bodily or mechanical damage that will be caused by the fault of the respective tenant on the boat during the fare as well as for the loss of part or all of the equipment on board.
- Upon receipt of the boat, the above data is checked by our staff.
