LIABILITIES AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY AGAINST THIRD PARTIES AND PASSENGERS
The boats are insured with the Insurance Company INTERAMERICAN HELLENIC LOSS INSURANCE COMPANY. The insurance policy provides Liability coverage of the Insured (owner of the boat) against passengers and third parties, in relation to the above boat, in accordance with the terms and guarantees stated in the contract, with a maximum liability, the amounts provided in the insurance policy which are not less than minimum liability limits, provided in Law 4256/2014:
- Personal injuries or loss of life per passenger: € 50,000.00
- Bodily injuries or loss of life (death) of passengers and third parties, per incident: € 500,000.00
- Material damages of passengers and third parties per incident: € 150,000.00
- Cause of marine pollution: € 150,000.00
- Total liability of the Company to passengers: € 800,000.00
